The Lantern Fest is an annual cultural festival held in different cities of the country (such as Anchorage, Orlando, Detroit, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Dallas, Salt Lake City and others). Thousands of people gather to light their lanterns and release them in the sky. Those lanterns symbolize hopes, regrets and dreams. The festival also includes dance and music.
